If you just need a listening ear then we are here for you.
We couldn't list all the different ways in which we might be able to help you but if you are struggling in some way give us a call and if we can't help we will find someone who can

How it works
You can refer yourself or we accept referrals from the following sources
Healthcare professionals
Social care agencies
Voluntary organisations
Relatives friends and neighbours
We come out and visit you to see how we can help. Then we find a suitable volunteer and arrange another meeting to discuss a plan of action. This might include visits to your home or we could also get you out and about to help you to rebuild your confidence. Whatever your requirements we will listen to you and tailor the plan to meet your particular needs. Care plans normally last between 6 weeks and 3 months but can be longer if needed. We have regular reviews with yourself and the volunteer to ensure everyone is happy with the arrangements and on completion we will ensure that you are satisfied that progress has been made.
